  We had to rent a car on vacation due to our car breaking down in Gatlinburg. The guys were so helpful and kind. It was very busy when we rented the car but the two young men were responsive and quick.

  Very quick and easy process. Always use them for a vacation rental. Sometimes even get a discount or car upgrade for free.

  Recommended to us by Firestone where we were having brakes replaced. Bad timing for that on a multi-state family vacation, but great service - pleasantly surprised to get a minivan for all of our stuff first thing on a Monday after being told at the airport kiosk the night before that we would probably be out of luck. We reserved a vehicle and it was there for us. When we ended up needing it for just one day rather than two we had cautiously reserved, they were happy to reimburse us the difference. Evan was especially good to us.

  Worst rental car company ever. Went to pick up a car at the time they told me to come. Everything they had needed work. They called other locations and they had nothing. Will never recommend enterprise to anyone
