  Good hours, great staff, prices not significantly cheaper, but a little less that avis or hertz than others. Big advantage is a driver to pick you up, bring your car. I dont think anyone else did this. Have used them for years.

  We love Enterprise. We tried going through Budget for one time and it was an awful experience. They didn't even have a car for us even though we made the reservation weeks in advance. They were also very rude. Enterprise saved the day (we were across the country on vacation) and we were in a rental within ten minutes. They were wonderful to deal with!

  I very rarely leave negative business reviews because I understand that anyone can have a bad day or make a mistake at work. However, my experience at Enterprise on Kingston Pike was so terrible that I feel compelled to warn others. I made a rental car reservation nearly two months in advance for a family vacation. I arrived on time to pick up the vehicle and when I checked in there was an issue with the vehicle class that I had reserved. Andrew, (who identified himself as the assistant manager) immediately became rude, condescending, and dismissive when I asked simple questions about why I could not receive the vehicle size that I had reserved. He seemed greatly inconvenienced by the fact that I wanted to work towards a solution rather than walk away empty-handed. At one point, when I asked what other vehicles were available he made a flippant gesture to the parking lot as if he couldn’t be bothered to answer my question with words! He became increasingly hostile during our interaction and I was honestly shocked that he found it appropriate to speak to a customer so disrespectfully. I ultimately left without a rental vehicle and went a few miles down the road to Hertz where I received courteous and professional service. Our family had a great vacation and traveled in a better vehicle at a lower price. If you value customer service, professionalism, and being treated respectfully, steer clear of this place!

  A horrible encounter with your competitor down the street I came to Enterprise hoping for a last minute car one way to my destination. I was greeted immediately upon entering the lobby by Victoria who understood my grief and frustration, began looking at things on her computer before finding she had one car available. Whew!!! She made the whole experience painless with her ready smile, excellent customer service as skills and infectious laughter. I drove off the lot in better spirits than I arrived and reached my destination later that day. Thank you so much Enterprise and Victoria!!

  They were typically busy as usual I walked in Miss Victoria C.❤️literally just walked in from outside and got just to customer service I was greeted I was assisted in and out the door remind you I just left another enterprise and had the worst experience I have ever had dealing with a car rental place I didn’t bring it up because it’s not their place to make up for someone else’s ignorance and make a customer feel valued I was so blessed and thankful and very impressed with this location and Victoria C put the icing on it so if you need a rental and want to be treat like family and not just a customer this is the place to be they will go above and beyond to make sure you are took care of and satisfied and will be running to google to leave a positive review because you want others to know there are people of still care about you and not your money THIS IS THE PLACE TO BE AND ASK FOR VICTORIA COOK SHE IS PHENOMENAL your search had stopped this is where you want to be‼️THANK YOU AGAIN MY GURL❤️
