  We rented a car to travel for our anniversary trip. We wanted to take a nice car and no out more miles on our personal vehicles. The car I reserved was actually available at the time slot I had requested (other companies have not ever had the actual car class I reserved). Jace was super friendly and great with the pre rental walk thru. He was thorough. We had issue with the windshield Crack that spread across the windshield and had to exchange at another location they did the best they could to help us and get us back on road safely with same class of car or better. When calling thia branch to explain the situation with windshield, the manager Freddie who answered my call assured me he would make sure it was taken care of and apologized for delays in our trip and troubles. He was also super friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. He made it right and we will definitely be renting from Enterprise and this branch specifically(even though there are 4 closer branches to our house) again because of their customer service and treating me like a person not just a number or task to complete.

  Meron Klimek she was absolutely wonderful to work with. She made purchasing our truck so easy & fast. Beautiful person definitely would recommend her.

  STAY AWAY! Extremely disappointed with the experience at Enterprise. The manager was dismissive and completely unhelpful. Customer service and compassion were seriously lacking. I would not recommend renting from this location.

  This location saved my trip. I landed in Knoxville and the enterprise in the airport had mixed up my reservation and did not have my car. No other cars were at airport. Turo had no options. I reserved a car on the enterprise website and it let me through a different location. On the way over, they called to say they did NOT have a car. My uber driver recommended this new location that was further out. I showed up and took the last car. The manager made it happen as he went around some policies and 'rules' to get me car. I can't be more thankful.

  Our family of 7 finally planned our first beach trip. Freddie made sure the process was seamless and comfortable. He didn't just 'do his job'...he surpassed all expectations!
