  The employees, especially Megan and JT, at the Powell, TN location were amazing. Sometimes it’s the employees that make the difference.

  Didn't get the car I requested. Car I got lacked basic safety features like lane assist or adaptive cruise control. Car needed alignment and would go left which lane assist would have been helpful. Returned car a day earlier and still got charged for 3 days. When expressed my concerns, I got no remorse nor offered a refund or resolution.

  Good rental company, but airport and local shops are very different. Airports don't accept debit cards. Locals will with 300 deposit. Airport locations have longer hours. Try online apps to get better deals

  I selected the “You Choose” option for my rental. When I arrived to pick up the vehicle, I was asked where I would be traveling, and I explained I was driving from Tennessee to New York. The vehicle I was given was extremely small. I’ll admit I was not very excited about it at first, but I tried to focus on the positives and figured the gas mileage would be great for such a long trip — and it absolutely was. Unfortunately, the size and handling of the vehicle made the drive stressful at times. Driving through Virginia in the rain was especially nerve-racking. Whenever semi-trucks passed, the car noticeably shifted and felt unstable, almost like driving an oversized go-kart. That being said, my toddler and I made it to New York and back safely, which is what mattered most. Overall, the fuel efficiency was excellent, but I do wish a slightly larger and more stable vehicle would have been considered for a long-distance interstate trip.
