Our experience with this company was so great. James H was the best car salesman I have ever dealt with! He was nice, kind, funny, treated us like family, and he communicated with me weekly for a couple of months until I was ready and able to make the 1.5 drive to see them!! I am so thankful for him and his patience!!! I highly recommend giving them a shot and tell James, I sent you!!

You're not ready but here we go. The highlights are upside down loan by $8000, lies told about refinancing they KNEW from the start I couldnt do because of the upsidedown loan I wasnt aware of and the hard inquiries they made that cause my credit score to drop. .... I bought a car from them a year ago. I went in to be a cosigner on a car I'd be using because, at the time, I had a very fixed income as a young widow with 4 kids. I told them the most I could pay was $350/mo, I had a trade in and a down-payment. They didn't let me look around the lot, they offered one car, which should have been a red flag but I didn't know better so said ok, I can make that work. They said they would try to get my numbers to work since the person I was with didn't qualify. They sure did make the numbers work. I am now currently the proud owner of a 2021 Toyota Corolla where I pay $600 a month with only $34 going towards the principal. I was told a lot of things. I was told they were aware that the monthly was a larger burden than I said I wanted. They said I could "easily refinance" a month or two. They reassured me multiple times because I asked multiple times. They explained that after making a couple.of.months of payments my credit would lift and it would put me into a better place to negotiate terms that fit into my budget. I told the finance guy (tall guy with a nerd name) that I just couldn't do it, after he called me multiple times on off hours from his personal line to see if I could get more money for the downpayment. He reassured me more about refinancing. I pay over 35% of my monthly income in accordance to the numbers I had at that time. It's also an upside-down loan. They sold me this car at $21,000. It was worth $13,000 and now has depreciated to $9,500. I still owe over $20,000 after 15 months. Oh, and they switched the car, the original car was 2024 Corrolla but during the paperwork they said "oh, we didnt realize that one was sold, we can have one from another lot driven here in a couple of days". It was a 21 with clear coat issues (I pointed out and they reassured me it was sap and not a big deal) and a broken pull for the trunk/gas (whichnthey said was an easy fix with a clip...they couldn't fix it when they scheduled me to come back, conveniently after I signed the paperwork that HAD to be in ASAP) AND my credit score tanked within 2 months because the inquiries they made to find a lender weren't the soft kind, they were hard inquiries which immediately negated any possibility for refinancing....and even if it hadn't, the huge upside down loan gap put me out of the possibility for refinancing unless I paid down the $8000 difference. And I can't trade it in because of the upside down loan either. So. My options are to willfully turn the car over to the finance company and pay the difference from a sale, default for repo, or keep eating it pretty much for the rest of my life because to pay back this loan at $34 a month to principal, it will take me 70 years for a total of $60000 on a car that costs $13000. When I tell you do NOT go here even just for directions, I mean it from the bottom of my upside-down loan.
