- SPSherri PetersonAug 28, 20265.0I had a severe issue with the control arms on my Volvo XC90 on my drive from Florida to Fort Wayne, IN. Upon fixing that issue, the mechanic in Fort Wayne informed me I also needed a rear axle. That part was not readily available and a countrywide search commenced immediately as I needed to get my car fixed and on the road to take care of my sick mom in Minnesota. An incredibly kind and competent gentleman at Clayton Motors, Ramone, came to the rescue. He secured the part needed, personally drove it to the FedEx store that afternoon, and overnighted it to my mechanic in Fort Wayne, IN. It was the end of the day on a Friday and he could just as easily have said it wasn’t possible to get it packaged (it was 23 pounds) and mailed to me by Monday. In a truly incredible gesture of caring about the needs of others, he made sure the package was wrapped up, secured, and in the mail that late afternoon. I will forever be in his debt for his selfless service on behalf of Clayton Volvo. Thank you for all you did to get me back on the road. God bless❤️. Sherri Peterson, Seminole, FL
