Add the exorbitant amount of time th "talk to the manager" or let me see what we can do with this and get a better offer". I had none of those experiences dealing with Phillip at Clayton Volvo. He listened to my needs in a vehicle, he was upfront that his selection at the time was very limited to meet those needs. He showed me the 1 vehicle that ticked most all of the boxes. It took 4 more days of looking and came back around to the car at Clayton Volvo. It only took 90min to do the paperwork which was mostly getting bank approval and a technical issue with their printer. A new battery, full detail and wash and we are out the door for less than what we were expecting from the front end. He will remain at the top of the list if and when I am looking for another used car.

Philip showed me the car and answered all of the questions I had - I require hand controls to drive and Philip delivered the car to have them installed and then checked in to make sure all was completed and was good. The experience with Philip and the dealership in general was great- would recommend highly for the laid back and helpful staff.
