  Don’t go here. Broke my finger and asked for some help putting oil in and no one was willing to help me. Go to Advanced auto parts down the street for actual help.

  We stopped here after a check engine light popped up on my car during the middle of a road trip. We asked them to run a diagnostic for the code to figure out the problem. The purple hair lady was very nice but overall each of the employees were extremely disengaged and almost seemed like they have ZERO knowledge of cars, didn’t offer to help with the issue, gave us a sheet and walked inside. You would think that if you work in customer service at an AUTOZONE you should at least know how to help customers through a free service you offer. Couldn’t offer any suggestions for where to go, places in the area, nothing. Really disappointed in the service, or lack of rather.

  Ashley was very very helpful and knowledgeable for the questions I had for my Honda Pilot. Definitely one of the best Auto Zone stores in Knox
