  I got a new battery exactly 30 days ago. The battery was way smaller than the previous battery. My battery was a big square battery. It has the clamps & all for a big square not a tiny long 1. I kept telling him that battery is way to small. He kept telling me its not supposed to. I also was told I needed a red post clamp. The male employee rigged the clamp bc it wasn't the right fit. As soon as I left my car wasn't running right. I went back the next day explaining what was going on. The same male employee told me he was a mechanic & no way it was the battery. He didn't even do a battery test or anything. Instead he sold & put in a holder to hold this small battery in place then proceeded to tell me its my rotors. He said he could fix my rotors & brakes for a reasonable price. He also told me not to get the parts he would get them. I asked him how does he know if its the rotors unless he looks at them. He came by my job to check the rotors by driving it. He guaranteed me it was the rotors causing my car to act up. A cpl days later I paid him $350 & my car was still doing it. He kept telling me its not a battery. Anyways $1200 later I contact customer service who has the DM contact me who said all they can do is let me pay the difference for a better battery but they only had the exact size battery. So I took it to an actual battery store & guess what it was the wrong size battery. My car takes an 90 not a 51r. Also he broke my red post cables trying to rig the clamp that didn't fit. Also the holder he put in was broken in half. This is so sad. Do not trust Daniel. He took advantage of middle aged women with little car experience. A trip to this store for $130 battery ended up costing me $1200 bc of him getting $350 out of me then telling me its a transmission problem so I has to take to the transmission shop & leave for a wk who said its the wrong battery then I took it to my actual shop to have put on machine to be told its the wrong battery. My car was in the shop for 2wks of the 30 days I even had the battery & I can't even get a refund. It was your employee who claimed to be a mechanic the reason my car wasn't running right & bc of him trying to rig up stuff he broke my red cable. Is he paying for it no. Now I'm wondering if he even put new brakes or rotors bc i never seen not 1 box of brake pads or rotors. Im going to take my car to find out once I have the $. This cost me 2 paychecks. I will never come back to this location. Women bring in a male with you. I have all the text between me & Daniel as well & my receipts which I told the DM. I feel so stupid. My car is back to running perfectly since getting the right battery & the red cable fixed.

  Greatly appreciated Kiplyn and David for their help with questions I had as well as alternatives for a solution. Took their time to do a bit of research on my behalf and I was very impressed with their team oriented work to find a solution.

  A couple months ago, I had a flat. A young employee from Utah came out to help me change it. The rim was seized on. I wish I could recall his name. He left to go back in to work, but also continued helping until he got my tire changed. He's a great person and an excellent employee. Thanks.
