  Worst service ever. I have been a tire barn customer for years. I went a couple weeks ago for a simple tire rotation. The lady at the front her attitude was neutral, she didn't really greet anyone. When they went to rotate my tires they had it on the lift in a way that was unsafe and I don't know how it didn't damage my truck. The 2 guys doing the service were cussing the whole time and yelling. One of them even was looking inside my truck. When the lady inside went to say something to them they didn't listen and told her to go back inside. I will never use tire barn again. There is plenty of places I can spend money and get better service. I even sent an email to corporate and never got a response. What a joke. Has anyone else had an experience like this.

  Great experience! The manager, Brian took great care of me—even drove to Johnson City so I could get all 4 tires for me. Fantastic! Highly recommended!

  This was the best experience I have ever had, Melissa was so helpful and made my purchases simple and carefree and made my wait very enjoyable.The gentleman, Evan worked on an impossible problem with the patience of a saint he truly cares about his customers. I would recommend to everyone to come to this location they will be treated fairly with an amazing job done well Alisha Sexton

  I cannot brag on this place enough. My tire blew out an hour from home with my 2 year old. I did not have a spare and they didn’t have one to fit but Melissa who works there drove me to pick up a tire from another store. Everyone was so nice and helpful, I am genuinely so grateful for them.

  Okay so first thing people have to understand is I've been in this area 30 some odd years and I know people that have grown up here this place is no longer owned by the folks that used to own it as of round about a year ago. I I had went there to get an alignment toe in and a regular alignment under the priyer ownership two of my grandkids father took me down there Randy who grew up in this area and they done a wonderful job the prior owners, since then I have the vehicle worked on after having a lift kit installed and the garage took it down there after putting new tires on it after the alignment under the new ownership I'm now in the hole 400 dollars on two brand new tires because the tow alignment has worn them out and I'm going to have it re,alignment. After speaking to the manager and finding out this is now an incorporated business and not locally owned I understand why it was purchased right off of the highway as it just gets people passing by what Incorporated does is it ruins the locals of whom there are many professional people that passed this place daily even though it's at the end of a highway and reviews will kill you my son-in-law also had two vehicles with brand new tires put on that they ruined the tires on one as they keep leaking down due to rim damage and alignment on the other will not hold. So while they will be getting people coming off of the highway there are a lot of professionals here that need to hear this is not the place it used to be.
