  The service department did a great job of giving me all of the information that I needed to make an informed and sound decision in a professional and timely manner. Dylan helped me understand what I was looking at even though I was clueless at first, and I really appreciate that! I would recommend them to anyone that needs timely and professional service on their vehicle. 5 star service all around.

  I was driving back to Virginia when I got a flat tire on the interstate. Luckily I was able to get my car towed to the dealership overnight. Caleb from the dealership called me first thing in the morning to say they would get the tire ordered and installed. They had the tire installed the same day even though the tire came in around an hour before closing. Caleb kept me informed throughout the day and I was able to get back home that very night. I could not have asked for a better service experience. Caleb even stayed a few minutes after closing as I ubered to the dealership to pick up my car. Thank you Caleb and the wonderful team at Rick Hill.

  I had a great vehicle buying experience at Rick Hill Imports! I got a fantastic deal, and the entire team was incredibly friendly and professional. Sales Associates Ajay Trent and Jeff Roberts made the whole process smooth and seamless and Sales Manager Cade Lane went above and beyond to ensure I was completely pleased. Pre-Owned Sales Manger Brennan Travis was very helpful and informative as well. Business Manager Zach Krug made the final paperwork quick and easy. I highly recommend this team!"

  I have owned my 2021 M2 Comp for 5 years now and ALL maintenance, both warranty and subsequent, has been performed at Rick Hill. Easy to schedule, quick, quality, service, video inspections, etc. RH does an excellent job of maintaining my baby!
