  Exceptionally friendly, patient, accommodating and attentive staff. I mean ALL of them. I had driven there in a rental and couldn’t figure out how to return the rental that day and also pick up my new BMW. Without hesitation, my salesperson Ajay and another team member followed me carefully in my new car so I could return the rental car without having to drive all the way back to the dealership. I felt taken care of like family! Would truly highly recommend anyone to go to this dealership! They go the extra mile.

  Kaleb Lundy, was very polite and professional from the phone call and in person. When I arrived they immediately worked on my car and answered all my questions! I highly recommend BMW of Kingsport.

  I had an unexpected incident with my BMW, and I truly want to recognize the exceptional care and respect I received throughout the entire experience. From the very first phone call, I felt heard, cared for, and safe. The tow truck service was excellent—the driver stayed with me and made sure I was not left alone until the person coming to pick me up arrived. That simple gesture meant so much to me during a stressful situation. The service at the BMW dealership was also outstanding. Everyone I interacted with was professional, respectful, and genuinely concerned about making sure I was okay and taken care of. What could have been a very stressful experience was made much easier because of the kindness, professionalism, and care I received. Thank you to the entire BMW team for making me feel safe and supported when I needed it most. I truly appreciate it!

  Buying from Rick Hill BMW was a pleasant experience. Our sales consultant, Ajay, was friendly and professional. He was patient with us and answered all our questions. There was zero pressure throughout the entire process. Our finance consultant, Zach, was also easy to work with. Again, zero pressure. No doc fees or dealer add-ons helped make the entire experience enjoyable.
