  While traveling in North Carolina, I had an issue with our 2025 GLC 300. I called this dealership because it was the closest one to my location at the time. I spoke with a woman in the service department and asked to speak with a service representative about what was happening with our car. She said everyone was busy but that someone would call me back. She also said we could have the car towed there if we wanted. I never received a return call, even after calling again and asking for the general manager to contact me. I have always had great experiences with Mercedes dealers in my area, but this experience was disappointing enough to warrant a review. My second call to another dealer was perfect. The Dealer in Ashville took my call and diagnosed the issue as a small rock lodged in the rear brake cover pan making all the noise...it ultimately came out after driving several miles. What a relief. I called this dealer again this morning to share my experience but was told again the Service Mgr. was busy but would call me back...no call yet! Perhaps my next call will be the Mercedes Benz USA offices!

  There are certain businesses you use because they sell a product. Then there are businesses you keep coming back to because of the people. Mercedes-Benz of Kingsport is the second. My wife and I have purchased vehicles here before, so when it came time to find our 15-year-old daughter her first car, there wasn’t another dealership we even considered. We wanted something safe, reliable, and something she could be proud of. She had a specific car in mind, and even though she’s only 15, everyone treated her with the same respect and attention they would give any adult customer. They listened to her, talked with her, and made her feel like she truly mattered. As we talked through what would be the right fit, it turned out that the perfect car was actually owned by General Manager Zach Thomas. In an incredible act of kindness, he decided to sell it to our daughter. As amazing as that was, it still wasn’t what made this experience unforgettable. Zach Thomas (not pictured), Brandon Finney, Chris Williams, and the entire team helped us keep everything a secret. They detailed the car, brought it into the showroom, covered it, topped it with a giant red bow, and created a moment our daughter will remember for the rest of her life. They treated her like she had just purchased a brand-new Mercedes. She wasn’t just another customer. She was treated like family. That is what separates Mercedes-Benz of Kingsport from every other dealership I’ve ever experienced. Their character, integrity, and genuine care for people can’t be taught. It starts with Mr. Hill and carries through every person in sales, service, and management. You walk through their doors as a customer, but you’re treated like family. Thank you, Zach Thomas, Brandon Finney, Chris Williams, Mr. Hill, and everyone at Mercedes-Benz of Kingsport for going far beyond what anyone could reasonably expect. You didn’t just sell our daughter her first car. You gave our family a memory that will last a lifetime. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for your kindness, your generosity, and for being the kind of people who remind us that exceptional customer service is still alive. If you’re considering buying a vehicle, do yourself a favor and go to Mercedes-Benz of Kingsport. I can’t imagine trusting anyone else with such an important milestone in our family’s life. -The Crabtree’s

  Amazing dealership! Great service , Chris was so helpful when I had issue with my engine while being on a long road trip. James was very helpful as well. Fully recommended this dealership!

  Our car broke down on our way home to Florida from Ohio and we were towed here. In spite of being down 2 technicians they were able to fix the problem over 2 days and get us back on the road! Weston helped facilitate this and the other customers we met in the waiting area were pleased their service.
