- EEEWA3 days ago2.0The labor cost is as much or more then a dealer ship. They charged 75.00 to drive my vehicle and called to say they found nothing wrong.Yet they had another repair shop do a alignment on it and the toe was out badly. The only good thing about this place is the guy at the counter was courteous. Im glad they didnt do what I had asked to be done after finding out what they charge.
- GRGregory Russell4 days ago5.0The guys at JB Auto were honest and very knowledgeable on my Jeep JK wrangler. A few minor glitches that were not expected but Eddie and team handled them correctly!
- WFWendy Frye6 days ago5.0Best experience I’ve had getting my car repaired. They were great communicating with me the repairs needed and cost up front. I have no complaints and I will definitely use JB’s again.
- NDNick DingusSep 18, 20261.0I made a mistake due to not being able to park at Enterprise (new policy) and took 2 vehicles to Harvor.Freight parking lot, not noticing the will be towed signs. The bill by JB towing a vehicle 5 min from their shop and storing on their lot for 14 hours was $446.34 per vehicle. And if I understand correctly JB towing will collect all of this. Overall they appear to have good reviews. I would recommend they either charge a reasonable price for these type situations or completely remove their names from these lots. I belive this price to be exuberant!
- KCKristen CreaseySep 17, 20265.0I went last year to JB Autoworks for my rear differential to get rebuilt. I recently had to take it back due to a noise coming from the rear again. They told me I was past warranty and I told them that’s okay I just wanted them to see what the noise was. Well they called and told me and told me they would cover it even though I’m past warranty. They stand behind their work and are super communicative as well!! They know their stuff on jeeps as well!! I’m super thankful to have found them!! Definitely recommend them!!
