- BBBroderikJul 28, 20261.0A third party company that enforces the law, that the Department of Safety can’t oversee, that you’re not told the Tennessee Highway Patrol is actually the one you’re supposed to complain to… after several emails with the department of safety and Intoxalock. The lack of understanding across multiple faces of the Interlock division conundrum is harmful to people who are already frustrated and abused daily monetarily, through the system or other inflations. Intoxalock overcharged me the legal limit, didn’t inform me on any critical procedures, such as a tolling period request that I ended up going to court for just to get Intoxalock to send the documents I sent the day after being informed. That resulted in a lapse of compliance on my account, a loss of money that I will never get back, and a loss of confidence in my governing bodies that I have never matched before. If everyone keeps pointing the finger, instead of actually working, or caring, it will never change. I should’ve been off this service months ago, but through sheer negligence, and a true lack of knowledge, I have faced what so many others know this service to bring. Browse at your leisure.
