  Customer service was outstanding! I would highly recommend. My tire had to be ordered. They kept me updated and informed. In and out service. I will definitely use them again!

  Had a tire going down. Took in for repair. They got to me very fast, repair didn't take long and there was no charge as it was covered by my road hazard. Thanks

  Seriously some of the nicest people in auto care. I walked in confidently asking for something simple: “Just 2 new front tires.” Easy, right? Apparently… not at all. Mid-service, my husband calls and immediately makes me question everything I’ve ever known about tires, cars, and possibly life. BOTH my husband and my dad had to be brought into a call with the owners because neither my husband or my father could explain it to me to be able to communicate it to the shop —because clearly I required a full support team to understand tires. I'm just a girl, you know. Did I understand it in the end? No. Did I leave with 2 new tires? Yes. Is something else happening with my car involving the rim from a spare and something about my flat? Yes and they were fast! More importantly they handled it like absolute champs. Special shoutout to Nekesha! Shes great! 10/10 Recommend but next time I'll skip the condecending teleconference council of men (just my guys not theirs) and just send my husband himself :)

  I appreciate that they are ready to service my vehicle at the time of the appointment and that they do not try to upsell me. Their honesty keeps me coming back.

  Ronnie has been absolutely fantastic in every interaction I've had with him over the past few years, the service is always excellent. Over the past few years he's become my go-to guy for tires. Whether it's helping me select the right tires for two very different vehicles or making sure I'm getting the most cost-effective options possible, he's always delivered outstanding service.
