    The best car service i’ve ever hadddd!!!!! The lady at the front, Kesha if i’m not mistaken lights the whole place up and is a sweetheart!! Definitely will be coming back again.

    The air conditioning went out on our 2006 Ford F150. Free Service took care of the issue in less than an hour. Now we are running cold again in these hot temps. Thank you once again for great service!

    I'd leave a 'Zero Stars' if it was available. After booking an appointment 2 days ago, I went in this morning at 7:30 a.m. and was told by the grumpy woman behind the desk that they don't do exhaust because they don't weld. As I was leaving all she could say was she tried to call me. No, she didn't. I opened the door to leave and she muttered, 'whatever,' like I purposely wasted her time. I drove from Surgoinsville, 45 mins away. Is this how you treat all of your customers? If you don't do exhaust, DON'T HAVE IT AS A SERVICE ON YOUR WEBSITE. Steer clear of this place.

    I recommend this business 100%. I had a bad alternator and desperately needed my car worked on that day and they put in new one by closing. Excellent customer service, knowledgeable and just very kind. Everything I wanted. They were the third business I called and the most helpful. I'll be back with any vehicle needs.
