  Staff is very friendly and very helpful but I had a bad experience with them , I took my car to get AC fix on it after an inspection they called me to let me know what was the problem and the cost to fix it I decided to give them the ok , after I paid them over six hundred dollars not even two weeks later ac wasn't working again, called them and told them what was going on they said to bring the car back to see the problem so I did , they supposed to redone everything again on it for no extra charge but again not even two weeks later ac went down. So I took my car to AC specialist and he told me that Firestone didn't replaced the parts that needed to be replaced and the amount of money they changed me was insane for what they done on it.

  The Express Oil Change Team did a great job with taking care of my car and making the oil change process a quick one. Dustin did a great job explaining the details of the work that was done, recommendations for the future, and checked to see if I had any questions he could answer, which was much appreciated. I will be back in the future and I encourage others to give this location a chance for oil change or other car needs.

  Eric did the replacement of my failed power steering pump and old serpentine belt. He did extras to head off an potential problems I run into wirh my vehicle, going far and above a good job. I highly recommend him and his business for the best shop prices and repairs in the Tri-Cities area.
