  I’ll be taking my business elsewhere after going to this location for over four years. I came in specifically wanting a transmission fluid change—not a transmission flush, and my regular oil change. I spoke with TJ when I arrived and explained exactly what I wanted. I had also been reading your own website’s information about transmission flushes vs. fluid changes, which recommends considering transmission service when a vehicle is sluggish or experiencing minor slipping—both of which I explained my vehicle was doing. Instead, I was immediately told, “Oh, it’s been giving you problems? We recommend not doing anything.” When I asked about simply draining and replacing the fluid, I was then told, “The transmission pan on this car doesn’t come off.” After asking more questions, the explanation changed again to, “We don’t do that service if your vehicle has over 75,000 miles.” So which is it? If your company has a policy against performing transmission fluid changes on vehicles over 75,000 miles, where is that stated on your website? Because I certainly couldn’t find it, and it seems pretty important information to disclose when your own website is recommending transmission service based on the exact symptoms I described. What really topped off the experience was the lack of professionalism. While I was there, the employees seemed more interested in flirting with the woman getting her oil changed in the next bay than paying attention to my vehicle. Somehow they remembered to clean her windshield but completely skipped mine. The transmission service could have been a simple disagreement about what was appropriate for my vehicle. I can respect a technician saying they aren’t comfortable performing a service and explaining why. What I don’t appreciate is being given multiple changing explanations that don’t match the information published on the company’s own website, followed by noticeably different levels of attention between customers. After more than four years of bringing my vehicles here, this was easily the most unprofessional experience I’ve had at this location. Unfortunately, it’ll also be my last.

  I had a fantastic experience at Express Oil Change! The staff was friendly, professional, and incredibly efficient. They took the time to explain the services and answered all my questions, making me feel confident in their work. The entire process was quick, and I appreciated their attention to detail and commitment to quality. Plus, the comfortable waiting area made the time fly by.   Staff is very friendly and very helpful but I had a bad experience with them , I took my car to get AC fix on it after an inspection they called me to let me know what was the problem and the cost to fix it I decided to give them the ok , after I paid them over six hundred dollars not even two weeks later ac wasn't working again, called them and told them what was going on they said to bring the car back to see the problem so I did , they supposed to redone everything again on it for no extra charge but again not even two weeks later ac went down. So I took my car to AC specialist and he told me that Firestone didn't replaced the parts that needed to be replaced and the amount of money they changed me was insane for what they done on it.
