  Worst rental experience ever! Oliver and Eric were so unprofessional and rude. To start my experience, a young kid hit me head on destroying my 22’ suburban. I chose to go through Kingsport location, which if I could take it back I would! They didn’t get the vehicle we asked for, then was rude about it even though we were paying half out of our own pocket. Once insurance quit paying they didn’t inform us until he ran our card multiple times and got it locked up because my bank seen it as a fraud. Once I returned the car, and paid the little balance in full, he proceeded to give me dirty looks and was just very unprofessional! The girls were super sweet, and tried to make it right. Just seems to me the men of Kingsport location are very rude and love to belittle people! I will never do business with them again!

They were consistently helpful, informative, and a pleasure to work with. The vehicle I rented was also great and very well-maintained. If you need a rental, I highly recommend this team—they made what could have been a hassle completely stress-free!"

  The people that helped us were so nice and made the process so easy! I had no idea how to go about getting a rental car, and I left with no questions at all! I was worried that I wouldnt find a small car that I felt comfortable in, but I ended up feeling great driving the rental! It was the perfect size, clean, and ran great. I had no problems with Enterprise or the rental during the week I had it, and the return process was very fast! I will definitely come back here If i ever have to get another rental!

  I had a book reservations through the app. They sent me a confirmation right after that the very next day, which I was supposed to pick up the car they sent me another reservation to do a check-in when I get to the place. They told me they don’t have no vehicles available, which I counted 14 vehicles in the parking lot. I asked him where can you help me get to another rental place? They couldn’t help me so I just went to the airport and went through budget and Avis In-N-Out five minutes. THEY NEED TO UPDATE THE SYSTEM. BECAUSE THIS IS THE THIRD TIME THIS HAPPENED TO ME THERE.
