  If I could post negative stars would. Have used AutoZone for decades, this was my last time. The manager at the E.Stone Dr is a egomaniac on a power trip! Bought a O2 sensor. Was the wrong part and wouldn't go in. Husband tried to return it but the box had gotten wet. One manger was gonna trade it out and the other came out said no. Did give an 8 dollar discount on the other. That too was wrong part. I was mad yes, just wanted to return the new one. Said just give me my money back so I can leave. He got cocky said he wanted to"discuss" I said no just give me my money back, he said he's the manager and can deny return. I said no, not discussing. He's said wouldn't return part until we did. I said nope, not discussing, just give me my money back! He wouldn't do it! I went and got my husband. He returned my money to my very angry husband! We will never use AutoZone ever again! O Reilly's got my part right the very first time! I have reached out to the regional manager, Mr Daniels. A manager on a power trip over a 30 $ part is bad business!!!!!!!!!

  Usually I'm okay to let stuff roll off my back but in this experience I went in the store and the guy behind the register made me show my ID to prove that I had a commercial account and tried to blame it on some new policies. He was very arrogant and even went to tell me that they didn't have the part in store until someone else went and checked the computer and told him where the part was. I travel doing mobile work in the surrounding areas and I will do my best to avoid the store in the future. I'm sure somebody else will be more than happy to take on my business someone who takes a little more pride in their work

  Manager helped me. Had tools I needed to get a part to fit on the rear. Also sold me on a plate cover. Great staff! Recommended than any other auto parts store in town!

  Very nice people, but the company has a terrible return policy. I bought 2 touch up paints based off of the book in the store. I didn't think to keep the receipt since they matched the reference guide. Got home and realized neither one was correct. I contacted the store and they were unable to refund without the receipt (even with the purchase and store number on my credit card app). They tried to get me colors under may work, but all were out of stock. Gave the gentleman helping me the 2 I bought and left. What a waste of $58. I'll use advanced auto in the future, they have never given me an issue with a return or my purchase linking to my profile when I put in my phone number. (Thank you Richard for attempting to help)
