  DID NOT GET OIL CHANGE BECAUSE THEY WERE OUT OF THE OIL I USE HE SAID I WOULD HAVE TO PAY FOR THEIR HIGHER PRICE OIL I'M OVER DUE FOR THE OIL CHANGE BUT I JUST DIDN'T HAVE THE EXTRA 50-60 DOLLARS.

  Highly do not recommend Jonesborough Tn location … went in with $25 off coupon that was immediately taken when i pulled in then when time to pay stated it would nt take it how ever it dod take $20 off … tire pressure was not checked lights brake light and signals not checked was handed a receipt and when i asked did they not check those items anymore was told we typically do ! But i guess it was too close to quitting time as one worker is already carrying cash teal to office … poor poor pathetic service highly do not rec anyone and will not be back

  They went out of their way to make sure my vehicle was safe to drive and they were very friendly just like ALWAYS!!! I RECOMMEND THEM TO EVERYONE!!! You can fully trust them with your vehicle!!!!
