  Went here about a month ago I would say maybe a little longer and they did a standard oil change and everything was great and then got to my next store and mt car wouldn't start so I thought that was weird turned out it had completely died and I found out anytime you mess with my cars battery it would need recalibrate and they made my daughter who's two by the way wait In a hot car of the parking lot for two hour while I was on the phone with them arguing jow I didn't even want my moenh back I just wanted them to bring me a battery since they screwed mine up. They refused and just wanted to give me a jump I said no you've already done enough. Went to Walmart had the battery replaced watched them do it and then they said my air intake hose was missing because I could see my bright green air filter which I've NEVER seen before popped my hood a thousand times and the guy told me my air intake hose was missing Went BACK to valvoline they said we wouldn't have messed with it but we'll look WHY would you look if you NEVER messed with it!! Then told they didn't have it. BS!! A new girl was working that day and working on it while being watched/trained which i get but don't let a new person's mistake cost you loyal business i had been going there for three years!! Not this specific location as they had just recently opened when I stopped by. But if they will cover a new person's mistake as something as small as a battery and an air intake hose neededing fixed which it wasn't the money that was the issue its the integrity!

  Probably my best experience with an oil change. Staff was friendly, helpful but not pushy, and concise. I have not had great experiences at other places in the past, so I'll definitely be coming back here in the future.

  Great service for a good price. Technician very helpful. My last cabin filter change at a different Valvoline location did not put glove compartment back in correctly and this time the technician had trouble getting it out due to that. He was very patient and carefully got it back in correctly the way it was supposed to go. I will use this location for the future.

  Quick service & outstanding customer service!! I’ve been coming here for years for oil changes/other services & have yet to have a bad experience. Highly recommend!
