  So this is for the new location in Jonesborough, their location website does not have a place for reviews yet. So this place used to be “Oil Changers” I just found out they got bought out by Valvoline. We just bought a service card from Oil Changers for $130 for future oil changes. So now we are out $100 and Valvoline will not honor that, or at least that what the employees say. I just wonder how many more Jonesborough residents are going to be out of their money too? The employees were great, I know it’s not their fault but it’s a losing and sucky situation for all of us that spent money on these cards. It’s not fair!

  AMAZING!! very sweet people who explained everything they were doing and if they noticed any problems! didn’t try to pressure an upsell and instead told the benefits of what the better product would do! definitely recommend them, shout out to everyone there (i didn’t get everyone’s name but they were all fantastic!)
