  Mr. Jeff was the best experience ever! He treated me so well after such a bad morning I cried.. actually. I’m thinking I’ll make it my thing to come to Tommy’s Express every time for a reminder there is good on this planet. God bless this place and the amazing worker Jeff.

  We just came through the to get our wash, and Jeff, was a huge helped. We have been coming here for awhile, and we were never offered the pay per wash option until Jeff told us all about it! So thankful he was working today, and was able to tell us about something we would actually like to enjoy instead of having a monthly charge!

  Great staff! The young lady working the vacuum area washed my floor mats for me today and was very helpful. Tommy’s cost a few more dollars a month than some of the other car washes but my car always comes out clean and their vacuum cleaners and mat cleaner always works well which has been a problem at some of the other car washes I’ve used previously. I plan to keep my monthly membership for as long as the service stays where it’s at now.

  First used Tommy’s in Venice Fla while vacationing some years back. Vehicle was the dirtiest it had probably ever been. Did the Tommy’s and what a surprise, everything was clean including the front grill area that most car washes never touch. Fast forward to where we found one in Johnson City Tn. We live about 20 miles away but hit JC usually twice a week. Started at this Tommy’s about once a month by paying at the window. It consistently cleaned very well every time. Switched to the app for monthly, very seldom wait, do the drive up, catches the tag number, arm goes up and about two minutes later we are clean. Also the soft brush deal is what made us want to go to Tommy’s instead of the others.Free vacuums, towels to do extra detailing. And you can go to any Tommy’s if you use monthly on the app. Definitely gives my wife and I more free time to do whatever we want. Highly recommend.
