  At Tommy’s it’s just a different car wash than all the others. Great people who work the lot taking great care of customers. By taking their trash helping customers with floor Matt’s. Always available to answer question. My experience with other car wash’s are not as customer friendly as they are. Can’t wait to see more car washes open up. Great Job to Tommy’s Carwash and their staff.

  Give Jeff in Johnson City a raise. SERIOUSLY! This was my first time using a Tommy’s car wash. I initially was a little disappointed to not see cleaning solution spray bottles and microfiber towels to use. While I was vacuuming my car mats, though, Jeff came and asked me if I wanted him to take them and wash them. WHAT? Yes! Ok, you’re winning me over Tommy’s. My car mats are getting shampooed? I like that. Jeff returned my mats and then informed me that over near the mat shampooer was also cleaning spray bottles and microfiber towels, if I needed them. Yes Jeff, I do!!! He grabbed me some and returned also with a free sample detailing kit, which just helped my car get extra clean and smell good! I’ll definitely be back! Because Jeff is awesome and he sold me on Tommy’s!

  I really did not appreciate that both the towels and window cleaner were not complimentary to use, but rather an additional charge. I feel like there is not much that I want from a car wash except being provided with free use of towels, window cleaner, and vacuums. This was very disappointing and I will not be returning back

  Great place to get your car washed. Very helpful and friendly personnel there to help with anything to do with the car wash. The only thing that I see is that the vehicles are lining up to close to each other in the wash. I almost ran into some in front of me and someone almost ran into me from behind before. Other than that it's still a great place to get your car washed. The monthly membership is awesome as well, one price for unlimited washes can't bet that. Thank you.

  On 4-16-26 I received top tier service from Tommy’s Express. I went through got the works package, and when I begin vacuuming my rugs, I noticed my tires didn’t look as shinny as I’m used to seeing them going through a car wash. The guy name Jeff came over and asked if I needed anything, I said no because I felt it was no big deal. He went to the machine and helped me out with an extra set of cloths 🙏🏾🙏🏾🥹🥹, he said he loves seeing people care for their vehicles. Then I asked “the package I so got was the tires included?” He replied: Yes, after noticing what I noticed he advised me to go back through. This time I went through and they were ✨ shinny. Don’t get my wrong, my car hasn’t been washed since it snowed so, I don’t blame the machine for not shinning the tires the first time, I was just used to always getting them like that at this particular establishment. They never disappoint here oh! And he also asked if I wanted my carpets washed. I promise I don’t do reviews but, the way he got my carpets clean, I thought he switched them for new ones, so I had to write this😁😂. Thanks Jeff and the staff at Tommy’s Express I’ll definitely be returning. -Tee
