  No problem getting in. Robert was very nice. However gave no specs for before or after wheel alignment. I was advised If tech don’t take a pic they had no way to share. I would have thought the machine would have history but maybe not. Just make sure and ask for before and after. I have always been given that before. Didn’t know I had to ask for it up front

  Great customer service and technicians! I was over an hour away from home and have been in the JCMC for the past 3 weeks with a family member that is in critical condition. Noticed I had a large screw in my tire while getting something from my truck. It was late in the evening on a Friday. While searching for tire shops before my tire went flat I found Tire Barn. I drove there as quick as I could leaking air along the way. They were kind enough to stop what they were doing and replaced my tire. I was able to get back to the hospital without worry of having a flat to get back home when it was time. I highly recommend the Tire Barn Warehouse!

  I had a great experience at Tire Barn! They were very timely. The work was real reasonable and those I interacted with were very informative and friendly. I would definitely return when I need this service again.

  Guy today (saturday, Aug 1) was visibly upset I brought my car to them to get fixed. He told me, TRYING to obviously disuade me from bringing my car in, that it wouldn't be for several hours. When i said that was fine he got upset with me then asked with about as much snark as he could muster, "what? Are you going to wait here the whole three hours?" He obviously was put out by the business. When I questioned him on why he was acting like that and why it mattered if I was going to wait (I wasn't, and already said as much) it started an argument that ended with him turning my business away. He claimed it was all cause he needed to know the exact location of my body for their paperwork bags but have replaced 6 tires there so far and nobody asked me that, not once. Bro just admit you thought it was going to be slow and were upset by the business. Never again. Don't go on the weekends if you see this. If you see the jeep in the parking lot just go home. He does not want more work. This is the same guy, by the way, that when he works he is CONSTANTLY outside on his cell phone.
