  The whole team was so helpful, trustworthy, and had excellent customer service! I had researched them online to see what auto places in JC did good work on Audi's and I can definitely testify that they are very knowledgeable. Even though they were completely packed with appointments, they personally made time to squeeze me in and look at my car because I was moving away the next week. They diagnosed it in 15 minutes and didn't even charge me for the diagnosis since it took so little time. They told me I would receive a call from them the following day with the price quote of both the specialty part and labor to replace it. And sure enough, the next morning I got their call and they were so kind and not pushy about if I wanted to proceed forward or not. I can't say enough good things about their team. The location is also very clean and convenient.

  Was a somewhat difficult problem on my BMW but Brian and his technicians diagnosed and repaired and I was so happy with the services. And they are always so polite.

  Can’t say enough good things about these folks. They took care of my 2013 BMW X1 like it was their own and had me back on the road in no time. Around here, it’s hard to find a shop you can really trust, but these guys are the real deal—honest, fair, and they don’t try to sell you a bunch of stuff you don’t need. Good people, solid work.
