  My 20 yr old granddaughter went here to have her car checked. She doesn't know alot about things like this. After getting an estimate of almost 3000. Which was more than she expected to pay. She decided to get a 2nd estimate from a local mechanic. When she arrived at second mechanic her tire was in this shape. I don't understand why free service let her leave with the tire in this shape. Thank god she didnt have a blow out.

  Need to update business hours, showed up Sunday at 10:00am and was closed. Called to make sure nobody was inside and maybe just forgot to unlock the doors and we got customer service that also stated they was open and they tried to contact them as well with no luck.

  Will never be back for any kind of service. Will not recommend to anyone for anything. Not only did they f up the job, but they overcharged me, charging me for parts that weren’t even replaced. Tried to let them fix it, spending about a week up there with them performing work at least 3 days. Only to have more problems than before. Now having to fight with corporate, being told I’ll get an update on my refund in 24-48 hours to hear nothing from them. Was told the DM would reach out to me but it’s been weeks and I have not heard a word. Was told the GM would call me back, haven’t heard anything. Thankfully they pushed it to their insurance, so now I’m in contact with them about the situation while having to pay another shop to fix everything. During my week there I know several other people experienced issues with them as well.

  Service was okay I guess. Wouldn't give five stars but I arrived at 5:00 today and didn't get seen until 5:58 p.m. . I was the first one to pull in behind all of the bays before another car pulled up once they got one of the base cleared out they moved my car and told me that my car wasn't priority and I had to wait an additional 30 minutes before being able to have my car work. Just awful. The only thing I can think of of you saying that the other car was a priority over my car was that there was a baby in the car and I'm pretty sure they have air conditioner. So again my car should have got service first I will not be returning to this location. Usually, they ask if we need wipers or any fluid changes other than oil. Nope not this time.
