This was a wonderful experience. The knowledge and experience of the sales team was great. I had made an appointment online, and within minutes I had a phone call confirming my appointment. We ended up doing a next day appointment due to staffing issues. No big deal; I dropped the truck off after work to be worked on next day. An emergency took me out of town the next day prior to picking up my truck. I was able to pay over the phone, my keys were locked in the truck and my spare key was used to retrieve it on Sunday. I will definitely use Free Service Tire & Auto again for my truck and other family vehicles. Thanks y'all 😉

The manager and employees went out of their way to help me and did an excellent job on my vehicle. I'll definitely be back!

I went there for a bulge on one of tires I had purchased from them. It had 90% of the tread remaining. I had purchased the road hazard insurance at the time of purchase. I left and they were going to call me when they looked at the car. I came back and they had put a new Goodyear tire on the car but it was different model of tire. I asked if it was was covered under the road hazard insurance and I was told that since the same exact tire was not put on the car the company would not honor the warranty it ended up costing $264.00. I would not go back to this store and there is no need in purchasing road hazard .

One star is probably too much to give these guys. I’m very disappointed. I called ahead to have tires put on was told to come in at 8. When I arrived they said they had a guy out and it would be a little bit longer. I said no problem, however I was not aware it would be over 4 hours.
After a little over 2 hrs with no call I walked back over to the tire shop to find my car still outside. When I ask about when it would be done- I was told “oh yea we were going to call you- you need front tires to”…I was already aware of this and was not planning on getting the front tires that day—only the back. They knew that because they asked me what they were doing when I dropped the vehicle off.
They pull the car in about 30 mins later and after a while of nothing they take the tires off. Not only the back but the front( they were not rotating in my case) so no reason to even have the front tires off. After another hour and a half the car is done and I’m sitting there waiting to pay. The person up front took almost 15 mins after my keys were given to him to check me out because of a personal conversation he was having. I finally walked up because we were approaching over 4 hours which still didn’t stop that conversation.
As I’m checking out, the price was over 500$ (for two tires) and the price is now on its 3rd price charge even after asking the “out the door price” each time.
My front tires needed to be done but not to the point it was an emergency- 3 weeks was all it took wit their shoddy work to completely shred l the remainder of my front tires. My vehicle started pulling hard right due to this and I took it to another shop for an alignment- the alignment was done and it was still pulling. Upon evaluation it turns out these guys put directional tires on BACKWARDS. The local shop showed us the large sticker that says they have to be a certain way(which they are not). They also were balanced incorrectly. Also found out they put on 30k tires when 50k would have only been a few dollars extra—they never asked. This shop takes advantage of women- so I highly recommend having a male with you so they do not do this to you.
I’m lucky to have found and honest shop who showed me all of this and is willing to fix this mess for free and who also does tires at a reasonable price since I know need front tires a lot sooner than I should of. There was also a piece up front that was broken, I’m sure was done when they were removing the tires that they should not of even had off.
