  First. What an awesome crew of people working there. So kind and considerate. Second....you must know obviously, this is not a small garage run by your neighbor, this is a corporation. I thought I'd pass out at just the markup on parts. Ladies....just say no!! Brake pads $149.99 each!! We needed 4. Rotors $184.99 each!! Again, we needed 4. Brake fluid exchange $125.99. Nice people no doubt, but the parts alone have got to be marked up 3x. Never again!!

  I scheduled an alignment after having my 4 new tires put on at Discount Tires.. the manager at free service says, “ you have a very serious problem you need brakes immediately!! And both rear arms need to be replaced too !! More bad news ! Mgr said didn’t discount tires inspect your car? “ I said NO ! ! he said you just the pads.. it hasn’t hit the rotors yet . I asked how much and when could you do these? I explained to him we are leaving at end of week he said no problem come back here in few hours I will have them done in hour!! We are driving to Midwest and now I can breathe and know my car is safe!! I give them 5 ***** Thank you Damien❤️

  Left home and realized I had a flat tire. Thankfully I live only about 5 minutes away. Manager on duty was friendly, knowledgeable and quick. Got my tire patched and me back on the road in about 20 minutes. Only complaint is they really need to sweep and pick up the trash in the parking lot.

  I took my vehicle in for service last week because the AC stopped working and I was leaking coolant. After spending $1,200 (which upon further research seems excessive for the work performed), the AC stopped working the next day. I was told there is a leak of Freon when I took the car back today. They wanted another $800 for repairs because it was “labor intensive.” If they would have been competent enough to find the issues while they worked on it the first time, I am sure it would not have been so pricey. On top of that, the tech refused to talk when I left (I guess mad I called them out). Stay away.

  Anything and everything , these guys always take care of all my automotive needs ,whether it's a minor repair or something much more serious. Great pricing ,manager is always quick to make sure I'm in and outta there. These guys go above and beyond what customer service should be but most places doesn't seem to have anymore. Highly recommend 10 out of 10.
