  They could have sold me a new tire but didn't. Nick showed me a small screw that I thought had penetrated my tire but did not. Kudos to Express, always fair, courteous...recommend highly.

  I've visited this place multiple times for tire repair. They come out right away and get me in and out fast. Today I brought a wheel in that needed a valve stem replacement. Nick L was at my car before I finished opening my door, he got the wheel fixed before I had a chance to check my phone. Everyone has been great with customer service and professionalism as well.

  This place is consistently great. Oil change, tire issues, anything. Just pull up and they will help. That alone is amazing. And I’ve never felt like they were trying to get one over on me. They service all of our vehicles and I refer them to anyone who may ask. Ask for Nick B. Top notch!

  Nick was the one who assisted me this time, but honestly all of them are wonderful, I regularly come here for everything from transmission fluid changes to tire changes. There's not much they can't do!

  My experience was with the auto repair division. I brought my car to the express oil repair shop immediately after two lights appeared on my dash board. The service tech ran a diagnostic program to detect the issue. I was told it was the mass air sensor. I requested a quote for the cost. The repair estimate was $311.00. I agreed to the cost and repair. The work was done under an hour. At that point I was relieved and satisfied with the expediency and service I had received. I live 2.5 miles from the boones creek location I went to for the repair. I went directly home and did not go out the rest of the evening. I was scheduled to work a 7am to 7pm shift the following day. On my way to work at 6:20am 10 minutes after I had been driving the two icons on my dashboard appeared again. I was driving on I26 turning off 8a exit to get on 181. My car died driving on the exit. From there it was a nightmare. Express did not open for several more hours. I had to have my car towed which cost $107.00, call my daughter who lives in Rogersville to come pick me up. Cost me to be two hours late for work, which caused a coworker, after already working a 12 hour shift, to work an additional 2 hours to cover my shift. I am going into detail because this breakdown had a domino affect costing me 2 hours pay, $107.00 tow, my daughter driving an hour from Rogersville, an hour back to Rogersville, and my coworker burdened with a 14 hour shift. I had to have a friend pick me up after my shift and take me to pick up my car. Express closed at 5. This was on a Saturday. I called Express to find out what the problem was. I was told a hose had not been tightened so air was still escaping. At this point I am thinking that could have been the only issue to begin with and would not have needed a new mass air sensor, it just was a problem with hose connection. Needless to say, my experience with Express oil change auto repair cost me greatly!!!!
