The man said they aren't allowed to touch our headlight bulbs so we went across the street to O Riley's and they were very welcoming and switched out the headlight bulb without issue. Skipping this place and heading across the street from now on.

I was like if we clean it could we return it trying to offer solutions none were given absolutely like talking to a brick wall then I called and asked if they could give me a receipt because at the very least, OK whatever we can't return it let's write it off. I called him over the phone. He said we cannot reprint a receipt. I was like OK that's fine. I just need it for my accountant as proof of purchase. Can you email it to me? Mind you we purchased it under a phone number and they have the record of the purchase and he got snippy with me and hung up. I get it The part wasn't up to your return standards but at least tell me what I need to do to fix it or give me a receipt so I can write it off.
