  We have had our memberships here for quite a while. We added to our family. So since we did that, we decided to go with the fleet package. They need collected to cancel, although they told us that they canceled the two independent cars.They ended up charging us for both months.For those. On top of them, charging for the fleet. Stop my to show them that they are unable to put you through to a live person. All you can do is email and perhaps maybe get your refund for the overbilling. The area manager mister dill cannot help as well. So why have an area manager? That is absolutely no power or authority to be able to resolve their problem. And take care of a customer. So now we are in the endless battle of email to try and get this resolved. I will post future details.

  wonderful experience! the kid loves it every time we go through! Noah and JB is amazing employees and makes sure everything runs smoothly and perfect, as well as made sure my fast pass was well taken care of when i had issues with it.

  The best location for Take 5 in Jackson! Noah is a rockstar. Professional, courteous, and personable. He checked in to make sure we had everything we needed for a clean ride. Noah definitely needs a bonus.

  The only place in Jackson where I can count on outstanding customer service when getting my car washed. Staff and management here were very helpful and even made sure I had what I needed afterwards while vacuuming. Very professional and accommodating.
