  I bought my car from Robinson Toyota in 2025 and have been getting it serviced there since I bought it and I always have the best experience. My service advisor is Jonathan and he always brings excellent service when I bring it in. This is truly the family owned experience you want. I cannot recommend Robinson Toyota enough. The sales team, finance team, and service team are all fantastic.

  I visited Robinson Toyota on August 15th to look at a used Grand Highlander. Before visiting I pulled the JD Power value on my vehicle Which provides monthly averages pertaining to your cars value. The average trade value through JD Power was $22K and some change. They came back and offered me $19K for my trade which honestly is kind of insulting. The grand Highlander we were looking at had dents all on the rear hatch and Cody stated that the vehicle was priced accordingly with the dents and they would not repair them. They are asking $44k for the vehicle which is also the current max retail according to JD power. When I mentioned this to him he stated they would not increase my trade value or adjust the price of the vehicle. We went next door to CarMax and got $22,600 for our trade and bought a Honda Pilot with 30k less miles and no dents. If your at the dealership reading this I strongly recommend leaving!!! With their prices and offers on trades you will be upside down by 5-10k right as soon as you sign the dotted line. If you do buy a car from here, I would recommend going to CarMax to at least see what they would offer you for your car before you let Robinson Toyota bury you in a hole to fill their pockets!

  With the help of Israel and the guys at Toyota I was able to get my new grand highlander. Me and my husband looked at several third rows and the grand Highlander was the winner without a doubt! Israel made sure we were taken care of and was the best!

  My husband and I purchased a white 2019 expedition xlt less than 3 months ago. 2 weeks after purchase the car overheated, engine light came on, come to find out there was some major engine issue, and a coolant leak. We traded in a perfectly running vehicle with no issues. So just be aware of what you purchase. In my opinion there is no way they had no idea about these issues. BE CAREFUL y’all. Don’t get scammed like we did!
