  I was very pleased with the service I received at Robinson Toyota. I had to have my car towed there due to a dead battery. I had a new battery installed as well as additional maintenance. My car was ready the same day. My service consultant, Anthony, kept me informed all day. They even sent a car to pick me up. I highly recommend Robinson Toyota for car service.

  I bought a Crown Signia there in December of 2025 I knew I paid way more for it than I should I ask for warranty paperwork on my vehicle and sure enough I paid about 13,000 dollars more than I should have I tired to tell the owner and he said there is no way well I have told several people not to go there and I will never be back I will get my vehicle serviced some where else but people who do wrong by other people will always get what is coming to them

  By far the best car dealership we’ve ever dealt with! Jonathan Morris in the service dept is amazing - takes time to explain things, presents options, etc. and does all of it in a way that I can understand - and I know nothing about cars. Definitely worth the hour drive from our home!

  This was my first experience with any Toyota dealership and it very well be my last. I decided to rent a 4 Runner for a trip because I really didn't like using enterprise and the like due to poor maintenance on their vehicles. My personal vehicle also isn't as reliable on long trips anymore. I also have been very interested in the new 4 Runners and wanted something safe and reliable to make a long drive by myself. I made my reservation an entire month ago so there would be no issue getting it. I tried calling the rental department multiple times this week leading up to my rental just to verify it and no one ever answered the phone or returned my calls. I arrive at 10 a.m. to pick my vehicle up only to be told they don't do rentals on the weekends and both people in charge of that aren't working. I understand getting told that apparently they don't use online booking with Toyota and can't be taken off of it which makes no sense to me. So now the day before I am leaving, I have no vehicle. I can applaud your salesman however for trying to SELL me a vehicle and no, that wasn't a compliment. If I could afford a new vehicle I wouldn't be wasting my money renting one... So instead, I got the last vehicle left at enterprise that cost me more money and it is a COMPACT because that's all they had left this last minute on a weekend during fall break.... so thank you so much for wasting my time, costing me more money, and now traveling in the polar opposite of what I needed but will have to make do with. It is still your employee's job to make sure this doesn't happen, knowing it is an ongoing problem especially. There's no excuse for this when you are a Toyota dealership offering this program. Beyond disappointed and irritated at the problem this has caused me when I was looking forward to having a nice vehicle to travel safely in. Thanks for making sure that didn't happen. Screenshots don't lie so try again before you tell me I never made an appointment and yes I called every single day that week.

  I really want to thank Johnathan for all of his help with getting my car serviced. He was so patient with me and made sure I was kept updated throughout the entire process. I never felt like I was left wondering what was going on because he took the time to explain everything and communicate with me along the way. I truly appreciate how helpful and attentive he was. Customer service like his really makes a difference, and I’m grateful I had someone like Johnathan helping me!
