  stopped by there because my son’s tires were not holding air and he was on his way to college. They were SO POLITE and understanding (as they could see I was a wreck🤣). They checked all my son’s tires, filled them up, and talked to my son about college and life. And wouldn’t let me pay a thing. The nicest guys! Thank you so so much for making this morning a little easier on this mom!

  Staff gave mixed information about pricing and this came off as deceiving. One staff member approached me, gave me a price on an oil change, I clarified that this was the price for a high mileage oil change and he confirmed. Here comes another staff taking payment and tells me that this isn’t high mileage only conventional and gives me another price 20+ more than I was quoted. I agree to one thing and think it’s what I was getting and once they are almost done find out it’s something else. That left a bad taste to me and I won’t be returning.

  Consistently friendly service. Showed me the oil was fresh and full after changing it. Caught an oil consumption issue that multiple Firestone locations missed (as well as the Hyundai dealer).
