  45 bypass location is the best! Use them every year for vacation! Never had an issue with pick up or return.

  this location has always been excellent no matter what. They try so hard to get everybody in a rental even if it's a last minute situation. I've had so many times where I've had to leave for work and you know it might take a minute they always do their best and don't stop until they get you in some kind of rental. Everyone there is excellent and if you were in Jackson this is definitely the place that I suggest running from

  Gave it 1 star because I couldn't give it 0. I arrived at my pick up appointment only to be told they couldn't accommodate me. OK cool. It happens. They then set me up with a rental in Memphis on E. Brooks Rd. Which is right at an hour and a half away. Only to arrive and be told they had no vehicle and there was nothing they could do. Horrible experience. This has been a horrible experience. Definitely dont recommend. Why couldn't they just call and inform me of this instead of sending me on this wild goose chase?

  The Jackson Enterprise was Amazing. Got us in and out within minutes. They were very professional and witty to help with the past two situations. Jackson Enterprise gets 100 stars from me because they made it happen for us. The staff needs to be praised because they brought sunshine and laughs to our cloudy day. They could tell we were frustrated and did all they could to bring smiles to our faces and to make sure we got to our conference!!! Big Shout Out to the Jackson office!!!!

  I reserved a passenger van for my entire family to go on vacation. I have the reservation confirmation. I arrived on scheduled pick up day and time, no van. No apology whatsoever. Just we dont have it. You can go to Memphis or Nashville Airport and pick one up. No, I scheduled pick up at your place of business and its not the customers responsibility. Mind you it was 3 hours before we planned to start driving. We did find one in Nashville through a more reputable company. Just had to start our trip really late. Shame on you Enterprise off 45 bypass, and shame on the employees non chalant attitude. Boo! Do better.
