  Horrible experience in Jackson, Tennessee, the one by the bowling alley. Long story short a car wasn’t available. This isn’t the first time this has happened with Enterprise. Even with the reservation, They cannot guarantee you The type of car that you reserve. My daughter forgot her baby stroller in the car. They said they didn’t have it. It wasn’t until she threatened to call corporate., they told her they found it.

  Very friendly and knowledgeable associates. Prompt and courteous. Picked me up like they said they would and made the entire rental a smooth process.Great selection of vehicles and when the air went out in the first vehicle, they made switching to another one a smooth process.
