This place is a joke. I had to take my truck in for repairs and the other persons insurance company deals with Enterprise. My husband has rented from them before for his work travels and every time there is an issue. We use them because they are the closest based on where we live.
Madison from Enterprise calls me Tuesday to confirm I'll be picking up the rental Wednesday around 8:30ish. I have a severely bad back and told her it would have to be a truck or SUV, I have problems grtting out of cars. I drop my truck off, Enterprise picks me up, I get to their office and get all checked in. Then I'm told it's going to be a little bit to get vehicles ready. With it being early, I could understand. I waited, and waited, and waited....after an hour and 15 minutes, I asked Madison what the hold up was. She replied, "we're just waiting for people to return vehicles". REALLY?! She confirmed with me yesterday. I told her I had things to do at home and couldn't sit around waiting so someone needed to take me home. I was told they would call when it was ready. 2pm comes around and I've heard nothing, so I call them. I get a different location and spoke to Cornelius. He said there still were no vehicles. 5:15pm, I call again...still no vehicle, they close at 6.
1) why did they confirm my pick up time when there were no vehicles. 2) had I not told them to bring me home, would they have me sitting there all day?
6:15, Cornelius calls and said a truck was just returned 4 minutes ago. Huh?! Y'all close at 6. I told him I'd be there at 7:30am to pick up the truck and it better be available. So I get up early, ridiculous, get there at 7:40, a different person started asking me questions that I answered when I checked in yesterday. I walls then told they were gonna get the vehicle cleaned up. What?! That should have been done first thing since I confirmed I was coming.
THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE. The way they do business is absurd. Making reservations just to make people wait because there are no vehicles.
If I could have given a negative # of stars, I would have. I wouldn't suggest this place to my worst enemy. We'll be renting from Hertz at the Jackson Airport going forward.
