  Absolutely disgraceful customer service. I came in because a tire shop recommended this AutoZone for a wheel lug nut set. The manager working at the time, a man with curly hair worn in a bun, became aggressive and started cussing at me for no reason whatsoever. I came in to spend money at this store and was treated like I was a problem. A manager should know how to control himself and speak to customers with basic respect. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable and makes the entire store look bad. I will not be returning, and I strongly recommend management look into how this employee is treating customers.

  Absolutely unacceptable behavior from Sebstan, the manager. I came in because a tire shop recommended this AutoZone for a wheel lug nut set, and instead of helping me, Sebstan became aggressive and started cussing at me for absolutely no reason. I was simply trying to make a purchase. A manager acting like this toward customers is completely unprofessional and embarrassing for the company. If Sebstan treats customers this way, management seriously needs to reevaluate who they have representing their store.

  Absolutely horrible customer service. I came into this AutoZone because a tire shop specifically recommended that I come here to get a wheel lug nut set. I walked in simply trying to buy a part, and the manager working at the time, a man wearing a gray shirt, immediately became aggressive and started cussing at me for absolutely no reason. I have never been treated so disrespectfully by someone who is supposed to be managing a business. There was no argument, no confrontation, and nothing that justified the way he spoke to me. He chose to act hostile and unprofessional toward a customer who was simply trying to make a purchase. If this is how AutoZone allows its managers to treat customers, I will gladly take my business somewhere else. A manager should know how to communicate with customers without getting aggressive, using profanity, or acting completely unprofessional. Management seriously needs to address this employee’s behavior. Customers should not have to walk into a store expecting basic service and instead get verbally attacked by the person running the counter.

  Sold me the wrong part even though I told them it would not fit. They swore it would. Will never shop here again. Terrible staff. If you don't know what you are talking about just say so.
