  Smoothest, quickest dealership experience I've ever had. Walt was great to work with and got me what I wanted. Gonna ding them on one slight thing. Every dealership I've been to will fill up the fuel tank before leaving. Left the dealership almost on E with a 2.5hr drive home. Other than that, it was good!

  Jones Chevrolet gave my friends an amazing car buying experience. Sammy was phenomenal from start to finish. He was knowledgeable, easy to work with, and genuinely focused on helping them find the right vehicle. Big thank you to Eric, the General Manager as well. He was hands on, welcoming, and took the time to make sure my friends felt comfortable and taken care of throughout the process. Caden and Walt were incredibly nice, helpful and made everyone feel at home. They helped make my friends' first vehicle purchase exciting, smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend Jones Chevrolet to anyone looking to buy a new vehicle!

  Who’s screwing me over regarding being denied rental car reimbursement while my car was being serviced and having to rent a car for a week? Jones? Assurant? Both keep referring me back to each other. I was denied by both! The warranty sold to me is trash and btw jones didn’t submit my claim correctly the first time. I had to contact assurant directly to get the water pump fixed. Both processes are questionable.

  I recently purchased a truck from Jones Chevrolet in Humboldt, TN, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. I made the drive from Memphis based on a recommendation from a friend, and I’m very glad I did. My salesman, Clifford, was fantastic. He was friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful as he walked me through the vehicles they had available that matched what I was looking for. Car salesmen sometimes have a reputation for being pushy, but Clifford was the complete opposite. I never felt pressured or rushed, and he made the entire process comfortable and straightforward. My finance manager, Sarah, was incredible as well. She was friendly, informative, and extremely knowledgeable. She took the time to walk me through all of the paperwork and explain my warranty so I understood exactly what I was signing. She made what can often be the most stressful part of buying a vehicle surprisingly easy. Even the dealership itself stood out. The facility was clean, welcoming, and well-maintained — even the bathroom smelled great! You can tell from the moment you walk through the door that the people there take a lot of pride in what they do. There seems to be a genuinely positive culture throughout the dealership, and I think that starts with good management. If you’re in the market for a new or used vehicle, I highly recommend stopping by Jones Chevrolet and asking for Clifford and Sarah. They made my experience a great one from start to finish. I appreciate entire the team at Jones Chevrolet for making the process so easy and enjoyable. I absolutely love driving my new truck!
