“I understand that your dealership uses a multi‑step process with different team members handling each part of the sale, and I appreciate everyone’s effort. Overall, I’m satisfied with my experience and look forward to securing an even better deal on my next purchase.

I had a very good experience buying a pre-owned truck. Carlo Ianni did a great job. Very professional and knowledgeable about the truck I was looking at. I would definitely come back to this dealership.
Bought my truck from them a few years ago and take it there for oil changes. Always a pleasure dealing with them. Fast service when servicing truck. Super friendly staff. Would recommend to anyone looking to buy a vehicle.
I purchased the truck in the middle of October and started having issues within the first 1000 miles of owning the truck and issues have yet to be resolved. Truck is currently back in service department for an engine light that came on within 3 minutes of leaving the facility. The truck has been at Jones for 3 weeks and is now back in the shop. These issues have been ongoing since December 6th.
Truck is now headed back to the shop to "repair the oil leak" for the 4th time. This is extremely frustrating as the last repair was not covered under warranty but still did not correct the issue. This has been an issue since shortly after I got the truck and has yet to be fixed.

I had a very disappointing experience with the Jones Chevrolet service department.
I brought my vehicle in for AC repairs and was given an estimate of approximately $2,401.80. Before authorizing the repairs, I specifically asked Mandy whether that amount included taxes and was told that it did. Based on that information, I approved the work.
The repair process was frustrating from start to finish. The service department failed to keep me informed about problems they encountered while working on my vehicle. Instead of receiving updates from them, I had to repeatedly call and ask for information myself. Every time I called, there seemed to be a new issue or delay that had never been communicated to me beforehand.
To make matters worse, I was told that my vehicle was put aside while the technician worked on other appointments because those customers were physically present. Meanwhile, my car remained in the shop well beyond the anticipated completion date. It is unacceptable for a customer to be left without their vehicle longer than expected while other appointments are prioritized.
The biggest surprise came at pickup when my final bill was more than $400 higher than the amount I had been quoted and approved. After specifically confirming that taxes were included in the original estimate, I was shocked to be presented with a significantly higher bill.
While the staff was courteous during conversations, the lack of communication, extended delays, prioritization of other customers over an existing repair, and unexpected increase in the final bill made me furious. I cannot recommend the Jones Chevrolet service department based on how my repair was handled.
