  The team at this Valvoline location is so professional, friendly, and they definitely care about doing things well/right. I trust them. Can't say that about alot of mechanic and auto shops.

  I like how I can check wait times on the app. This location is the one I primarily go to as they are always friendly, efficient, and I trust them to take care of my car.

  Very professional, been going to Valvoline for about 4 years now. Excellent customer service. They don't try to pressure you into buying things. They ask once and that's it. 10 out of 10 highly recommend.

  Fantastic service. Emilia was great and knowledgeable. Really really good team here. And very reasonably priced, especially for my old-ass Audi.

  Would highly recommend anyone needing an oil change or any other work done to their vehicle go to the Valvoline oil on 153 in Hixson. The entire staff and management I’ve dealt with over the last couple years have always been extremely kind and knowledgeable people that know what they are doing and have always taken great care of my vehicle!
