  Tire rotation & balance. Alignment. I had an appointment and it went just as planned. It went in on time and was finished in half an hour. I came in just at the right time, because shortly after it got quite busy. They could have used an extra person in front. One guy was handling check-ins, questions, and sales.

  I experienced my first flat tire ever this past Saturday on I-24, just as we were leaving Chattanooga to drive back to Nashville. Sure enough, I found out that this was one of the nearest Tire Discounters locations that would be covered by my Carvana Care warranty — so we doubled back to Chattanooga/Hixson and arrived a little more than an hour before they closed on a Saturday. That said—Daniel was SO kind throughout our intake process and promptly called to work with my warranty provider! While they were replacing my tire, Parrish was also incredibly kind and helped to answer every random car question I was throwing his way. Neither of those 2 gentlemen made us feel like a burden and neither of them tried to upsell us on anything either, which is absolutely amazing for a female having to unexpectedly stop by a car repair shop in an emergency. They even let us have our dog inside with us while we waited! I cannot recommend them highly enough because of all of that — and if they weren't so far away from us, I'd definitely go back to them for any future work I need done on my boyfriend's and my cars. Thanks again, Daniel and Parrish — and thank you to whomever performed the tire replacement for us. You all turned that unexpected but literal bump in the road on our 12-year anniversary into as smooth of an experience as one could hope for, and I hope in turn that you receive much-deserved recognition for it from your bosses! (P.S. The bathroom/whole place *was* thankfully very clean!)

  Wonderful service. Friendly staff. They put me at ease for my upcoming trip to the beach. Would recommend for any assurances before taking a long trip.

  New to town and needed a tire rotation before a long trip. They quickly took care of my car and did it for no charge. I was impressed with the level of customer service and will return for all my tire needs in the future

  I went there today after being told at multiple other places it would take hours. The customer service was incredible and the service was quick I was in and out in less than an hour! Definitely skip everywhere else and come here you won’t be disappointed
