- LHlandon HollandJun 29, 20261.0If you get in a car accident and you’re not carted away in an ambulance, tell them to call one of the other 1500 wrecker services in the Chattanooga. One man treated me like a criminal from the moment I limped in to ask if I can get the stuff out of my car. I get not letting me get everything until I go get cash but I was concerned about my valuables in car. I went and grabbed some cash and it worked out but I just didn’t appreciate how I was treated. I think he was under the assumption that I was rude to him and he got rather upset, so perhaps I should have crawled in on hands and knees thanking the Patron saint of tow truck operators… However, the thing that bothered me was him trying to tell me whose fault the accident was, which I can’t imagine is in the job description for tow truck operator.

Five minutes later he calls and says he's seven minutes out. He had the car loaded up faster than anyone I've ever seen, and we hopped in to drop it at the repair shop. Super nice guy, obviously took great care of our vehicle and we would hope to never have to use them again, but if we needed a tow company I would be glad to use them.
