  Walter was so welcoming and took me right in for my flat tire service. He was very knowledgeable about my contract, which I bought my tires here in 2024. I saved a lot having the three year warranty on my tires.

  Done business with Goodyear for years until I visited the Hixson, Tennessee location. I called ahead and asked how much a one-hour diagnostic for a cylinder misfire would cost, and I was quoted $85 over the phone. After taking my truck in, they had it in and out of the shop in about 20 minutes and told me I needed a new O2 sensor and spark plugs for nearly $800. What immediately raised concerns for me was that the truck has two downstream O2 sensors, but they only planned to replace one. Then I looked at the invoice and noticed the diagnostic charge had somehow increased from $85 to $91.16 with added shop fees, even though all they appeared to do was hook up a scanner. I decided to get a second opinion. Another mechanic swapped the coil pack between cylinders, and the misfire moved with it — confirming the issue was simply a bad coil pack. The test took less than 10 minutes. I replaced the coil pack, and the truck has run perfectly ever since. Very disappointed with the diagnosis and pricing at this location after being a longtime customer.

  I took my 2018 Toyota Highlander to the Goodyear store on Highway 153 in Chattanooga Tennessee today because the car had several times stopped running when I was at a stoplight. I would have to restart it and then it would run fine. When I spoke to Walter at the desk, he went out to my car, checked out the battery cables and saw that they were loose and that the bracket was not attached correctly so he quickly had someone take care of this. I appreciate how quickly they worked and what a good job they did. I will definitely go back. Should I need any other work done on my car.

  Needed to drop off our car for an in-warranty repair. Chris (The Mechanic) explained to us exactly what needed to be repaired and why. Extremely professional and genuinely just cool to speak with. We picked the car up 6 days later completely repaired. Chris, Walter (Location Manager), and everyone else we worked with treated us with respect and kindness. We will definitely be returning customers for car service in the future.

  Walter and his team at Goodyear are all outstanding! I would give this place 10 stars if I could! Walter went above and beyond to ensure my issues were addressed and resolved. His team treated me with the same level of courtesy and concern during my visit and now I know I will be a customer for life. Thank you Walter, Shawn, and everyone else that helped me during my time of need. You all are a blessing! I would recommend this place to any and everyone for any repairs or car maintenance needed!
