The car wash usually was a great experience, until it left a huge scratch on the entire passenger side of our car from the front to the back. We had been using them for about two months and never had any issues so I’m not sure if they were not cleaning equipment properly or what. Very disappointing that they also do not take accountability for any damage per the sign posted at the car wash. Never heard of a business not being able to take accountability for damage that their machine caused. Please do not visit this car wash. Unfortunately, I cannot post the full video of the scratches but I did screenshot some shots of the damage.
