Only reason I’m giving 2 stars is the friendly service. They advertise “15 minute” oil changes. I was in the service bay for close to a hour on my lunch break. Wasn’t busy at all just no work was happening on my car. Not sure the issue but paying $100 for an oil change is criminal and that is with a $20 off coupon.

Huge shoutout to Bree and the crew at Valvoline! I pulled in today with basically no coolant in my car. They took great care of me, got me taken care of quickly, and explained everything in a way I could actually understand. They were super friendly, knowledgeable, and even ended up being cheaper than some of the other places. Definitely recommend them if you need an oil change or help with your car!

Hendersonville Valvoline did a great job today. They are very professional, fast, and pleasant. Easy time when I come here.

DO NOT GO HERE. I had zero issues with my car until I went here. I received an oil change on Saturday morning and every day since then my car has had issues starting until today when it would not start at all. There was nothing wrong with my car until I went here. When I called to speak with a manager she was incredibly unprofessional and claimed that because their “battery testers don’t have electricity, it’s not their fault”. She gave me no solutions and now, just because I got an oil change, I now have to schedule time off work to take my car to a mechanic to see what they messed up. I will never go here again and I will be sure to let everyone know that if you go here, you will leave with more problems than you pulled up with. The manger was rude and seemed very uneducated in the matter and offered no solutions, or advice or help. Unbelievable.

I believe alot of these reviews are misleading for sure, or are employees or friends, I get it. I’ve taken all three of my vehicles to this location seeing its convenience opposed to driving to Gallatin or White House. If you are a patient person this location is new. There are a lot of new people training, so there’s nerves etc, mistakes happen. Two of my three vehicles I had to make sure they were paying attention. The first vehicle, no air checks on tires, no conversation about what oil to use, no oil check after service. Prices were not discussed prior to services etc. Incorrect mileage input into system. Spoke to manager about no oil being placed back in engine, or wiper fluid etc so on.
Second vehicle there were more mistakes made, engine air filter not placed prior to being asked to start engine, engine cover not placed back on engine prior to closing hood, the cabin air filter charge at $70 for a $20 part, with no knowledge of pricing prior to placing, so on.
Lots of mistakes, lots of learning still to be had there. If I hadn’t been the person pointing out some of these mistakes it would have been better for me to get out of my car and utilize the systems my self. I am a very patient person, but the inexperience and bickering between the ladies that causes these issues is completely unnecessary and looks bad for the company. Management needs to be on point and lead better not be bosses.
I’ll be back, soon.
