  Great place for a full service on your vehicle. But they are a little slow they have too many technicians working on one vehicle.

  Went there for a simple rotate and balance. Got in got taken care of farily quickas they were not busy. Then got home and started washing my car and noticed one of the lock nuts was left offone of my wheels. So i called them and they said come back and they would take care of it. Now i live 35 miles away! Went there simply because the tires were bought there. So next day go back and they have to replace all 4 lock nuts and locking tool. So I'm ok it happens! Then go back ladt week time to rotate again! I lay the lock nut tool on console so they can use it to take lock nuts off. So while they are working i walk into showroom and just watching. Then i notice one employee take front tire off and walk straight back to rear and put it on. I told the lady in showroom they are supposed to balance my tires and explained what they did. So she goes into shop and tells them. Then she comes back and says they normally just balance the front. I said no they should balance all 4. They take the back tires off and at one point all my tires are off and leaning against a post. I'm sure they have no idea which tire goes where at this point. So they get through and i leave then when i get home i look in glove box to see if they put my lock tool back and they didn't. Looked in console and rear storage area but not there. Called the store and told lady they didn't put my lock tool back. She said let me go ask them. Then came back and said they put it in glove box. I told her it was not in tbe car. She said I'll check with them again and call you back. She calls back said we found it you can come get it i said I'll come tomorrow i live 35 miles away. I go back on Friday she hands me a bag and i told her this is not mine she said that's what they had. I went out and checked and it would not fit my lug nuts. Then a guy from the shop (manager) i guess came out to car and wanted to look in car for it but didn't find it. He said the guys that worked on it are not here today I'll get with them in the morning and we'll find it and I'll call you. I said so I'm gonna have to make another trip up here! He said no I'm going to Clarksville Sunday i can meet you somewhere. I told him if i have a flat i have no way to get my tire off. He went in the shop and brought out a bucket with lots of lock nut tools in it but none would work on mine. So it appears this has happened many times. They could have simply went got a ew set of lock nuts and tool and changed them but he said he would find mine. So Saturday went no call Sunday no call! So on Monday i called him he said ill call you back in a minute! Never called back. So Tuesday i called and spoke to him again . He seemed to be angry and said if we can't find it well just have to replace them said I'll call you back in a few minutes . No call back so on Wednesday i call and spoke to lady and she went talked to him and said come back they would just replace all 4 lock nuts. Told her i would come on Thursday around noon. Arrived around 11:45 they started about noon, at first they were running around like they were looking for something. Then finally one guy started trying to get the lock nuts off and was having a hard time. Finally got them off but was still awhile before they put new ones on, my guess they didn't have them i saw a guy in a white truck pull up and bring something i to shop then leave. Then lady told me they were finishedand hand me the lock nut tool. I ask herwhere they got it she said either dealer or Oreillys. I said mine was in a Honda pouch she said i can get you a pouch! She went into the shop and hot a pouch just like my original one. I ask did they get these from dealer she said no probably Oreillys. I told her they won't have to worry about seeing me again! She said sorry to hear that. Made 5 trips from Ashland city to have tires rotated twice. After watching them would not trust anything they do! Never got an apology, sorry it happened. Nothing! You would think the manager would at least come out. Last dealing with this store!

  I love going to here to get any of my car needs taken care of. The employees are so personable and efficient. Eric is the absolute best! Cheyenne was also very memorable!!!
