  I am submitting a formal complaint regarding a series of services performed on my vehicle that resulted in unresolved issues and additional damage. I initially brought my vehicle to Tire Discounters to have the front brakes replaced. After the service was completed, I immediately noticed severe squeaking upon returning home. I brought the vehicle back, and I was then informed that the rear brakes needed to be replaced. I approved and paid for that service as well. After the rear brake replacement, the vehicle continued to produce severe squeaking noises. In addition, a slip resistance warning light appeared on the dashboard. I returned the vehicle again, and the shop stated the issue was corrected at no charge. However, upon returning home, I discovered that the emergency brake was no longer functioning. I brought the vehicle back once more, and I was told that a spring had come off within the brake system. They offered to repair this at no charge. During this repair process, the technicians attempted to remove the front passenger-side tire and stated that a lug bolt was cross-threaded. They proceeded to remove the bolt using a torch and a sledgehammer. This process caused visible damage to the wheel rim, which is now bent/warped and results in noticeable vibration while driving. Additionally, two lug bolts are now broken. While the shop has offered to replace the damaged rim, they have not addressed or offered a solution for the damaged and broken lug bolts, nor the safety concerns associated with this condition. At this point, I have paid for brake services that did not resolve the initial issue and have resulted in further mechanical problems and physical damage to my vehicle. I am requesting a full review of this situation, including reimbursement for defective services and correction of all damages caused during the repair process. This matter involves concerns of incomplete and defective workmanship, as well as additional damage incurred while the vehicle was in the care of the service provider. This place needs to be shut down because they don’t know what they are doing. I don’t recommend no body to take there car there
