- ARAlex Ross4 days ago2.0Customer service is great. They got me handled. They got new tires on my car at a good price, but when it came to getting the free oil change, I have no idea what they did because I immediately lost 8 mpg on my Prius and for the next 5000 miles until I changed my own oil as I normally do, that drop in economy stayed as soon as I changed the oil that economy came back. I can only assume they put in an extremely heavy weight oil instead of the proper 0 W16 they also overfilled my oil by 3/4 of a quart and I had to suck that out.

Work is completed on schedule. Amanda at the front desk is so amazing at everything, she knows what she is doing and communicates extremely well with her customers. The pricing is fair compared to other shops. I highly recommend this shop for your automotive maintenance and needs.

What is the point of making an appointment if it’s going to take over 2 hours before they even start on it. I’d rate 0 stars if it was an option.

Luckily, we weren’t far from TireDiscounters close to our house! It was almost 8am so we waited till the doors opened! Luckily, Amanda was very helpful and came out to our car where she called John to come assist! We had our spare tire on the car and we were on our way in minutes!! We had our 100 lb labrador in the car and they were so kind to acknowledge him with a love pat to the head🐾 John’s quick response, commitment and follow through saved the day!
