  I had to wait three hours just for them to tell me that the tire could not be repaired. It had to be replaced. They also said that they didn’t have that tire in and they would have to order it and it would be the next day before they could get it. I called the next day Around 3 PM to check on the progress of my vehicle since I hadn’t heard from them, she stated that they had the tire just waiting on a tire technician to put it on. She said she would call when it was done. I had to Uber from my house over a tire discounters and I arrived there almost at 5 PM. When I checked in with them, they were working on my vehicle and she said that she would’ve called me when it was done. They closed at six so there would’ve been no way for me to get over there by six if I had waited on her call, this is the second time I’ve had issues with tire discounters I will not be using tire discounters in the future.

  Have a nail in my tire in the middle of the tread and was told that it was in at a 45° angle and that I needed a new $670 tire. I decided to investigate and took my vehicle straight to the dealership. Funny how they can patch my tire safely , didn’t try to sell me a new one and I only have to pay $45. I have heard of these types of things before, especially since I am a woman and driving a very expensive new vehicle. I know they will respond and apologize profusely, but I have heard this about this location before I feel they are not to be trusted.

  Update - I have changed this to 5 stars. Thank you for reaching out and correcting the issue. I value the integrity of your business in making things right! I recently had four tires installed and my front brakes replaced at your location. My concern is not with the quality of the work, but with the overall value of my experience. After comparing prices with your competitors, I chose your shop because it appeared to offer the best value for the tires I wanted. If only one of the following issues had occurred, it would not have been a significant concern: When I reviewed the work order, I noticed an optional road hazard charge had been added without it being discussed beforehand. I had it removed, so no major issue there. I was informed after the purchase that the free oil change included with the purchase of four tires does not apply to Volkswagen vehicles. While disappointing, I understand that Volkswagens require a specific oil type and service procedure. The most frustrating issue involved the advertised $75 financing promotion. I intended to provide the promotional code when opening and using the financing account, but the sales manager processed the transaction so quickly that the purchase was completed before I had the opportunity. When I brought it up immediately afterward, I was told there was nothing that could be done. Since I have already purchased four tires and brake service, and your location does not perform oil changes for my vehicle, it is unlikely that I will have another qualifying purchase in the near future to use this offer. For that reason, I do not feel that I received the value that was advertised. I would be happy to update my review to five stars if the $75 promotional credit can be applied to the account that was opened during this transaction. I appreciate your time and attention to this matter and look forward to your response. Thank you.

  Stopped by with brake concerns and they took a look free of charge to make sure my car was safe. I also ended up having a lug nut bolt break and they took care of it immediately. I would gladly come back to tire discounters.

  This is our second time at tire discounters and sales manager. Amanda has been phenomenal each time. She is laser focused on her job and taking care of the customer. A big thank you tire discounters.
