When some of items of my vehicle needed additional maintenance/repair, they were very honest letting me know if the items needed to be done right away or if I could wait in addition to finding the best price.

I originally only had an appointment to replace one tire because that was all I could afford at the time. After inspecting my vehicle, they explained that all of my tires were unsafe and needed to be replaced. I was honestly overwhelmed hearing that news. What happened next absolutely restored my faith in people. A woman sitting in the waiting area quietly paid for two new tires for me without wanting recognition, and Daniel (shop manager, maybe) discounted another tire to help make everything possible for my family. The kindness, compassion, and care I experienced here went far beyond customer service. This shop didn’t just fix my tires — they helped keep me and my children safe on the road. I will never forget the generosity shown to me during such a hard moment. Thank you to the incredible staff and to the kind stranger who helped me more than words can express. You truly made a difference in my life today. I highly recommend NTB in Hendersonville to anyone looking for honest people who genuinely care about their customers.

If you’re going to a shop that doesn’t have alignment but sells your tires. They’re just wanting you to buy tires again you have to have an alignment. Glad this is a full Mechanical shop
