I’ve been coming here for a year and a half and Ryan has elevated the customer service tremendously. He deserves a raise, I’m sure you pay him well but it’s not enough. This has by far been the best customer service I think I have ever received. Kind, funny , and extremely helpful from fitting me in last minute to making me feel comfortable to having great conversation while I waited. My car battery died after I was leaving and he came out to help jump it. I am just so impressed by him.

I do not recommend ordering anything with the store. I ordered my receiver on the 26th with next day delivery. The following day after I had ordered it they just canceled it without telling me. I finally called a week later to get some updates just for them to tell me that they did cancel it. The crew is constantly just standing around so it’s no wonder they can’t get a simple order right.

The customer service from Ben at this location waa awesome! Its never a fun experience to have a dead car battery but once I was jumped and made it here Ben had a new battery installed for me within 10 minutes. O'Reilly down the street was useless as usual and said they couldnt install my battery . GO BEN! :)

I just left the store in Hendersonville on W Main Street. A gentleman sitting on stool and another young kid sweeping. The one man asked what he could help me find and asked for sun visor for my jeep. He acted like it was such a bother but showed me where in store and said visors are universal which is what I already own and does not work in my jeep. He was like that is what universal is that it will fit any vehicle which is not true those do not fit my Jeep window and he had such a attitude that I said thanks for your help but could do without the the attitude and he said in turn I could do without your attitude too. Very rude disrespectful and left store and advised I would spend my money elsewhere but not at this store. He said you do that! I definitely will not refer anyone to this location and definitely lost my business and WILL NOT BE BACK!!!!!
