- DWDeborah W5 days ago5.0I had concerns about my oil and took it to a Vavoline like I always do. I spoke to the manger on May 14th ( I wish that I could rember his name... sorry) He checked my oil for me and my told me the last date that I took ot to get an oil change and to my surprise I didn't need one. I can't express how refreshing it is especially in this economy for someone to be honest and helpful. I yruly appreciate his kindness and willingness to check my oil without automatically just asking what kind of oil I want to use. Thank you again and when my oil is do for a change, I will visit again and I hope to see the manager again because he earned my trust and respect. Sincerely, Deborah W.

I gave them a $20 new customer coupon and he told me my total was $109! Seriously? It takes just under 5 quarts for this car. If I purchase the jug of this type of oil online, it runs about $40...the filter on Amazon $5...is labor that much? I was shocked and upset at the same time. I will not return.
