Advised of an issue from the manufacturer and recommended an alternative solution for the repair and maintenance. James was lead on this service and did a great job along with Billy and whoever else I couldn't see underneath the truck. I've been taking my work trucks here for years and wouldn't go anywhere else, especially the dealership.

They also gave me wrong information about how transmissions work because low trans fluid can cause it not to shift correctly when they said it was a gear problem and they lie to their customers about their fluids and told me that my break fluid was fine when it was below the minimum when I went to top off my fluids, in reality I could have gotten hurt if I was to be in an accident with no break fluid.
