- KPkalissa peelerAug 27, 20261.0I needed an oil change and tires rotated. I have usually gotten my tires rotated at valvoline in the past. This was my third attempt going there to get them rotated. The last two times there was a long line/wait and when you finally make it up there they would tell me they are too short staffed to do it. This time I was able to get there with nobody else there, 4 guys present up top with all bays open. I asked about a tire rotation and they just all looked at each other and said maybe they could do it but if anybody else comes in and needed any other service they will have to stop what they are doing on mine and finish anyone else who comes in while I’m there before they can resume and finish mine. Another truck came in while I was there and they stopped and did his oil and transfer fluid before they came back to my car. Thank goodness no one else came in otherwise I would’ve been there all day. I get that oil change is their thing but if there are other services they offer that a lot of other places don’t, maybe figure out a better way to get it all done than to make someone wait until who knows when while they work on anyone and all who comes while you are there. Plus no one acted like they wanted to work there. Anyway, I will not be a returning customer.
