- MCMatt CarterJun 26, 20261.0AVOID NO MATTER WHAT!!! Not only do they overcharge but they won't take responsibility when the mess up or break something. Just let you leave with whatever they messed and couldn't care less. Its borderline criminal. They charge you for stuff the didnt actually do and when confronted they just say its YOUR fault. Ill take my 4 cars and trucks and go elsewhere. There's a couple of other places to go that won't screw you. Just google oil change near me and you'll find several. Extremely disappointed and disgusted by the way you treat people valvoline. Its shameful. SHAME ON YOU!!!

Staff couldn’t remember what they did to each car in which bay . But overall was good they why I keep going back . But just my 2 cents slow down make sure you guys are completely doing each car correctly don’t skip any procedures that you are supposed to follow

- GMGreg MartinMay 31, 20261.0Had my oil changed there last year on my Dodge dually that Is not my everyday driver. I went to change my oil today and the oil plug was so tight I had to use a 3 foot long cheater pipe to break it loose, and the oil filter is so tight I still after an hour have not gotten it off. I'm going to have to put a hole through it with a screw driver and try and get the oil filter off. I will never ever go back again and I highly recommend no one else uses them either.
