  Tldr; came here and bolt on oil drain pan was leaking when we left. Came here for an expensive oil change ($90 or $100 for cheapest option). It ended up leaking oil from the oil pan drain plug. Not sure if it was due to them under tightening it or not replacing the o-ring? The oil was critically low when we noticed after a week or so. It stained the concrete driveway spent probably 2 hours trying to clean up the stain. Spent probably an hour calling places for an appointment then another hour or two running around shopping for parts to try a diy to get it fixed. So we ended up just draining out the oil, replacing the week old oil because I was scared to put it back in causing problems with contamination, IDK if that was necessary, replacing the o-ring and tightening it properly. Which fixed the leak. Big pain in the butt. And would absolutely never go back. Spent probably $50 for buying a catch pan oil and new copper o crush ring

  Been come in here for years for 45 to $55 oil change. Apparently it's been bought by a private equity company now and it's $90 to $100 for the same oil change. Also really don't appreciate people like going into my car unscrewing things carelessnessly using an impact on bolts that are unrelated to my service without consent for it. I usually come here to avoid the Valvoline services thing and it's just Valvoline again. Need to find a new place.
