Employees were friendly and professional. However I had the post for a $29.99 oil change and the price I was quoted once inside was $50+. I told the employee I was not happy with that price, as the link I showed him was $29.99. He was able to assist me with a coupon to get me a better price. I appreciate the customer service.

The initial reason is, staff were great but definitely not honest. I was told around a certain price. I asked as he told me price before everything if the price he (tyler) told me outside was still the same price. He couldnt give me an answer and when it was all to late to turn back I was told it was 40 dollars more. Will not be back regardless or purpose or accident your employees should be more knowledgeable on prices and be more honest and not try to guess a price to bring a customer in. Will not be back.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had a great experience at Express Oil Change! Rusty provided excellent service and was friendly, professional, and very helpful. He made the whole process quick and easy and took great care of me. It’s always nice to receive service from someone who genuinely cares about their customers. I definitely recommend Express Oil Change, and a big thank you to Rusty for going above and beyond!

I was always reluctant to go to these fast oil change places especially over going to my dealership but I was way overdue on my oil change and was surprised at the service Rusty provided. Rusty was extremely knowledgeable of his work and my vehicle. He was fast but also precise with his work. I will for sure be coming back again thanks to Rusty!

Pulled in with a foreign metal object in my tire expecting to have to buy a new one since everyone is trying to sell you something now. Nick and his team went out of their way to find the leak and patch it from the inside, instead of plugging it. AKA the correct way. They made sure all my other tires were good as well, and even topped off my wiper fluid. Very nice, new, and clean shop in town that does a wide range of repairs. Highly recommend! Thank you again to Nick, Tyler, Logan, Travis and Rusty!
