  Very disappointing experience at the Germantown AutoZone. I went in for help with testing the 12V battery in my Toyota Highlander Hybrid, and they wouldn’t even take a look at it or attempt to help. They said it had to be off the vehicle to even look at it. I then went to the Collierville location, and the experience was completely different. They followed all of the computer instructions carefully removed and replaced the battery quickly, despite several detailed steps involved. The parts manager was especially helpful, kind, and respectful—he walked me through each battery option and made recommendations based not just on price, but on quality. Unfortunately, Germantown was not helpful at all, but Collierville more than made up for it. Highly recommend the Collierville team if you have a hybrid vehicle.

  I can’t say enough good things about all the help Teddy & Eerik gave us at the Germantown, TN store. They both went above and beyond helping us figure out what was wrong with my car so that we can make it hone and travel out of state safely. Thank you for all of your help.

  They were very helpful in helping me trouble shoot an issue with my car. We figured out exactly what the problem was and I didn’t even purchase anything, they are the best!
