We got a flat tire at the top of a mountain while on vacation. It was just before closing time but we were about to head home on an 8-hour drive the next month. We called Ogles, put on a spare, had them check things out and fix the busted tire, and were back at the Airbnb in under an hour for under $20. Great service! They were a lifesaver.

Excellent service! I called on a Sunday because I had a hole in my tire, and even though it was Sunday, he didn’t hesitate to help. He told me he would be there in about 45 minutes, and he showed up exactly as promised. He fixed my tire quickly, professionally, and did a great job. Very responsible, reliable, and respectful. A lot of places are closed on Sundays, but he was willing to come out and help when I needed it.I really appreciate the great service and would definitely recommend him

Called this Business on Monday after arriving in the mountains with a check engine light that came on during the drive, had it checked at NAPA and was told probably the fuel injector on Number two cylinder. I was scheduled for Wednesday morning appointment at 9 AM, I arrived a few minutes early discussed the problem with Tina in the office and she passed info on to the Mechanic. Shortly he came in and told me he pulled the number two plug and it was in bad shape and he would recommend a tuneup before we tore into any fuel injector stuff. He completed the tuneup, took the car for a test drive and came back and said it was running great and he felt like this fixed the problem! I’m from out of town, on vacation and they treated me like a neighbor, the cost was Comparable to what I pay my own mechanic for a tuneup and they had me fixed and on the way to enjoy my vacation very quickly. Call Tina and her crew- they will take care of you!

Car runs great but staff members have some attitude problems. If you’re going to serve your customers, At least put a smile on your face instead of giving us an ugly look!!! Terrible customer service!!! Praying for your attitude to be fixed!!!
