He not only asked for approval for replacement wiper blades at 7,221 miles and replaced the air filter at the same time. The wiper blades were functioning perfectly and I wasn’t even asked about replacing them. The air filter was really clean looking when I witnessed the tech removing it. Instead of showing it to me, Spencer took the filter and quickly threw it into the trash. When I Inquired that it looked really good, I was told the leasing conpany recommended it being replaced if it was dark at the base of the filter. I did not see any darkness during the brief time I observed it, but again, was not even asked about replacement. While I am not paying for the services rendered today out of my own pocket, I have a sense of responsibility to ensure corporate funds are properly spent and it appear the add-on sales and taking advantage of the fleet company was clearly Spencer’s’ role. I will not return to this location which used to be my sole provider. I was told the fleet company rejected replacing the rear wiper blade and cabin air filter. I specifically said the cabin air filter did not need to be replaced and yet I was told it was submitted and rejected. I will also be reporting these concerns to the fleet company in hopes they review this location as an approved provider. This was unacceptable. What should have cost $122 cost the fleet company $189
