- BWBrandia WrightAug 5, 20262.0I went to Vavoline to get an oil change, and one of the techs did not want to fill my oil to the Full line when replacing my oil. When she showed me my dip stick the oil was at the low line. When I asked her to put my oil to the full line, she questioned me and even went as far as asking the manager if she had to charge me to put more oil in my car to put the oil at the full line. I went back and forth with her about her simply putting more oil in my car, something that Im paying for, so that it showed that my oil was at the full mark. She put a little more oil in, but the oil never met my request. I was so fed up and frustrated that i left. I have come to this Vavoline many times, and I have never been treated like that before. If this female tech does every customer like this, yall will lose customers
