    Perhaps it is a corporate policy, but they declined to further service my vehicle due to manufacturer design. They were respectful and courteous, but to have given Valvoline my business for so many years just to be refused further service kind of left a negative impression. Never had Valvoline refuse further service before so perhaps it is this local facility's decision.
